This workshop will provide useful strategies to promote the holistic development of young children and while giving you vital tools to implement faith based practices into all aspects of our service delivery.

Abby Revill- Executive Officer
Abby has been working in the early childhood industry for over 22 years. Prior to her role as Christian Early Learning's Executive Officer she was the General manager of a provider with 30 service portfolio consisting of early learning centres and out of school hours care services.
Abby has a wide range of experience and expertise within the sector with a focus on managing operational teams, mentoring, governance and compliance.
Anna Phan- CEL Board Chair
Anna has extensive governance and specialist experience in Early Learning Centre and Preschool consulting as well as prior experience as a CEO of a Not for Profit that operated Early Learning Centre, Community Men's Shed and Counselling divisions.
In 2018 Anna was also appointed to serve as a Non-Executive Director on the board of BaptistCare NSW / ACT, serving on the People & Culture and Care & Clinical Governance committees, and chairing the Governance and Nominations committee.
